Program Note
Frost Suite is a collection of short poems by Robert Frost set in a non-contestable barbershop style, each movement exploring the abstract, symbolic, and literal elements of Frost's poetry. The work is harmonically cohesive between movements and contains harmonic practices within and adjacent to the barbershop style.
